Thank you to our 180 patients that participated in our accreditation patient feedback survey. This looked at your experience in the following areas and this is how we have done:
96% of all patient ratings about this practice were good, very good or excellent. We exceeded the National average benchmark for all but 4 questions which were still within the median benchmark but need improvement include:

Our team has now reviewed your feedback and focusing on those 4 keys areas for improvement. We have many ideas and will now discuss these with the whole KSLMC team.
Obtaining a home or after hours visit: More advertising of our after-hours locum service in the clinic and Urgent Care clinic information on our website.
Privacy At the Front Desk: looking at ways to do your 3 point identification check without threatening your private information
Waiting Times In The Surgery: Reviewing waiting times and adjusting appointment schedules where doctor waiting times in the surgery are consistently too long.
Information on staying healthy: Display eye-catching posters with simple tips for healthy living (e.g., “5 ways to stay active,” “How to improve your sleep,” “Hydration tips”). Add a “Healthy Living” section to our website, where patients can find reliable information on wellness, get recipes, or access exercise routines and mental health exercises. Create a social media presence where you post daily or weekly health tips, reminders, and motivational content.
